The Defendant, Ronald Eugene Finch, was charged by amended information with the crime of second degree burglary.1 After a court trial, the Defendant was found guilty of the included offense of entering to commit a felony2 and sentenced to one to five years imprisonment.
The only question presented for our review in this appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the Defendant’s conviction.
