On Tuesday, August 12r 1930, there was held in Pawnee county,. Okla., a run-off primary election at which; the name of Edwin R. McNeill, petitioner herein, who will be hereinafter referred to-as petitioner, and the name of Albert O. Hunt, intervener herein, who will be hereinafter referred to as contestant, appeared upon the run-off primary ballots as candidates for the nomination as Justice of the Supreme Court from thje ¡Sixth Supreme-Court Judicial District of the Democratic-party.
