MEMORANDUM
GILES, District Judge.
Nancy Shaffer (“Shaffer”) charges her former employer, National Can Corporation (“National”), with employment discrimina tion in the form of sexual harassment. National moves to dismiss the Title VII claim, contending that the complaint was not filed timely before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). National also alleges that the pendent state causes of action for wrongful discharge and intentional infliction of emotional distress have been supplanted by the remedies provided in the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”).
