Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Brill, J.), rendered August 9, 1989, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

As the defendant was walking his dog on a Brooklyn street late one evening, he was observed by three young men sitting on a garbage dumpster across the street from him.
