The defendant, Jerry Coleman, appeals from a Superior Court order denying his motion to reduce sentence pursuant to Rule 35 of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on September 30, 2009, pursuant to an order directing the parties to show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
