FRANKLIN E. KENNAMER, District Judge.
The plaintiff, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Delaware, instituted this action against the various defendants, all citizens and residents of the state of Oklahoma, seven of the defendants being residents of Tulsa county, and the remaining defendants being residents of the other two judicial districts of this state. Each of the defendants have filed written pleadings to the bill of complaint.
