STEADMAN, Associate Judge:

Appellant Baltimore suffered a fall caused by the negligence of appellee B.F. Goodrich Company (“Goodrich”). The issue on appeal is whether the trial court properly entered a judgment non obstante veredicto denying Baltimore $64,347.00 in damages. The jury awarded this amount for income lost as a result of Baltimore’s disability retirement allegedly forced by the fall.
