By this action plaintiffs seek monetary relief from defendants Morris Bernstein and R. L. C., Inc., a corporation. The judgment denied them recovery except to the extent of $116.67 as against the defendant corporation, from which portion only of the judgment plaintiffs have appealed.
Commencing in September, 1951, plaintiffs were tenants of the store premises at Number 40 Lakeshore Plaza under a lease from Pacific Coast Construction Company for a term ending November 14, 1956, at a monthly rental of $350, conducting thereat a retail toy, stationery, card and gift shop…
