This is an action to recover upon an accident insurance policy for three months disability at the rate of $25 per week. The contract of insurance with this plaintiff is contained in a “rider” or “special beneficiary supplement” attached to and forming a part of a policy of insurance issued to the husband of this plaintiff. It is conceded that the policies were in full force and effect at the time plaintiff claims to have received a disabling injury.
