The appellant, Missouri Pacific Transportation Company, appeals from a judgment in the sum of $100,000 awarded Y. W. Miller for personal injuries sustained by Miller while a passenger on one of appellant’s busses; appellant also appeals from a judgment in the sum of $25,000 in favor of appellee, Mrs. Y. "W. Miller, for the loss of consortium. Judgment in like amounts were also returned against Rube Oxner, the other party involved in the collision, but he has not appealed.
