Johnson, C. J.,
(after stating- the facts). Appellant contends, first, that the trial court erred in refusing to transfer this case to the Federal court. We think this contention has been definitely decided adversely to appellant’s contention in the case of Standard Life Insurance Company v. Robbs, 177 Ark. 275, 6 S. W. (2d) 520, wherein this court held, quoting from the first headnote:
