This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of West Virginia, rendered on the 17th of August, 1925, in the voluntary bankruptcy proceeding pending in said court, of C. G. Grove and Roy C. Grove, partners *261trading as C. G. Grove & Son, and as individuals. The appeal presents the question of whether appellee, Martha L. Breekenridge, is entitled to share as an individual creditor of the bankrupt, C. G. Grove, as well as a creditor of the firm of which he was a member.
