This claim presents' claims for damages for alleged breach of contract relating to *711the processing of a substitute for soap called “Softee”. The jurisdiction of the court is based on diversity of citizenship, the plaintiff being a Pennsylvania corporation and the defendants are sued as a co-partnership.
