This is an action on the ease brought by Arthur B. Greenwood as administrator of the estate of Clarence E. Greenwood, deceased, under section 1, ch. 70, Illinois Statutes (J. & A. ¶ 6184), by which he seeks to recover damages resulting from the death of the deceased, which is alleged to have been caused by the wrongful act of the defendant, John R. Thompson Company. The plaintiff filed a declaration consisting of three counts.
