The ease comes before the court on the plaintiff’s motion for clarification or, in the alternative, reconsideration of the memorandum and order dated June 20, 1996. (Dk. 51). According to the plaintiff Peoples National Bank, Clay Center, Kansas (“Bank”), it and the defendant Purina Mills, Inc.
