By petition dated January 24, 1991 it is alleged that the subject child Christine M., age 3 (date of birth Sept. 26, 1988), is a neglected child within the meaning of Family Court Act § 1012 (i) in that "the respondent [Neil M.] refuses to have Christine immunized in accordance with the recommendations of a physician at Brookdale [sic] Hospital.
