| following a bench trial, appellant Robert Lee Thomas, Jr., was found guilty of possession of a firearm by certain persons and theft by receiving property valued at less than $2500 but more than $500. Thomas was sentenced as a habitual offender to concurrent terms of 360 months’ imprisonment for possession of a firearm by certain persons and 120 months’ imprisonment for theft by receiving.
