This diversity case involves disagreements between certain limited partners and other partnership entities who invested in low income housing. The case was brought by a number of companies, who are citizens of Minnesota, Delaware, and Missouri, to compel arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, and to enjoin further proceedings in a California class action brought by defendants.
