This cause is before the court on the motion of plaintiffs Gerald Culpepper and Mary Culpepper, individually and as co-administrators of the estate of Timothy L. Culpepper, to remand pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447. Defendants Professional Towers, Inc. d/b/a/ Pro-Com Communications, Inc. (Pro-Com) and Nationwide Tower Company, Inc.
