GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:
In this interlocutory appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), plaintiffs-appellants, Carrie Badon and certain of her relatives, challenge the district court’s order overruling their motion to remand this removed suit to the Louisiana court in which it was filed.
