Petitioner filed a petition in this Court to compel arbitration of its claim against Respondent pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act and the Labor-Management Relations Act. (Petition, ECF No. 1.) Now pending before the Court are Respondent’s motion to dismiss the petition (ECF No. 4) and Petitioner’s motion to compel arbitration (ECF No. 5). Both motions are fully briefed.
