Louise Vigoda, d/b/a Tower Associates (Vigoda), petitioned for certiorari to review the judgment of the court of appeals, Vigo-da v. Denver Urban Renewal Authority, Colo.App., 624 P.2d 895 (1980), affirming in part and reversing in part the district court’s granting of a summary judgment in favor of Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA).
