LARSON, Justice.

This case involves the termination of the parent-child relationship of two-year-old Ashley and her mother, N.S. The court of appeals reversed the termination, on ineffective-assistance-of-counsel grounds (by an attorney not involved in the appeal), and remanded for further .findings. On the application by the State and guardian ad li-tem, we granted further review. We vacate the court of appeals decision and affirm the district court.
