Mrs. Josephine Loehridge, as administratrix, brought suit against Western & Atlantic Railroad, under the Federal employer’s liability act, to recover damages for the use of herself and two minor children for the alleged wrongful death of her husband and their father, John Loehridge, in a collision between two of the defendant’s trains, upon the engine of one of which Loch-ridge was employed as fireman.
