Certiorari to review an order of the industrial commission awarding compensation and medical benefits to respondent employe.
In the latter part of February 1947, Carl A. Miller commenced working for the Peterson Construction Company as a carpenter at wages of $66 per week. On March 5, 1947, while on a scaffold,, he was assisting in placing a 16-foot plank, weighing 150 pounds, between two “I” beams.
