OPINION

THOMAS M. TWARDOWSKI, Chief Judge.

Before the court is a motion filed by Home Savings of America, F.A. (“mov-ant”), a secured creditor in this chapter 11 proceeding, requesting that we transfer venue of this case to the Western District of Texas pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1412. Because we find that the interests of justice and the convenience of the parties favor venue in the Western District of Texas, we grant the motion.
