A. INTRODUCTION

Presently at issue in this voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of a modest-sized, privately-owned mechanical contracting firm is a motion of a surety creditor to dismiss this case or transfer it to the nearby District of New Jersey (“D.N.J.”) because of alleged improper venue in this jurisdiction.
