McKAY, Circuit Judge.

Billy Hamilton appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Northfield Insurance Company as to Mr. Hamilton's claim for breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing and his accompanying request for punitive damages. Mr. Hamilton also challenges the court's conclusion, following a jury verdict in his favor on his breach of contract claim, that he was not the prevailing party for purposes of attorney fees and prejudgment interest under Oklahoma statute.
