This is a motion (1) to dismiss the 5th through 62nd causes of action for alleged insufficiency, and (2) the 5th through 32nd causes on the basis of the Statute of Limitations.
Causes of action 5 to 11, inclusive, 19 to 25, inclusive, and 35 to 48, inclusive, allege that the plaintiff corporations’s common-law right of privacy, under the laws of seven named sister States of New York, was violated by the publication in these States of statements contained in pamphlets published by defendant.
