On September 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, and 28, 2007, the Court presided over a bench trial in this matter. In the Final Pretrial Order (Doc. # 239), G. Grant Lyon, the Chapter 11 trustee of the consolidated estates of Michael Keith Schugg and Debra Schugg, and the Gila River Indian Community set forth approximately forty-five (45) issues of fact and law to be tried and determined.
