Hines, Justice.
Sundiato Moody appeals his conviction for felony murder in connection with the fatal bludgeoning of William Peaks, also known as William Brown. Moody alleges violation of the right of cross-examination, instances of prosecutorial misconduct, and ineffective assistance of trial counsel. Finding the challenges to be without merit, we affirm.
