HINES, Presiding Justice.

Krystol Akhimie appeals her convictions and sentences for felony murder and cruelty to children in the first degree, as well as the denial of her motion for new trial, in connection with the death of her infant son, Brian Berry, Jr. She claims that the evidence was insufficient to sustain her convictions, and that the trial court erred in denying a challenge for cause of a prospective juror and in permitting certain testimony which was inadmissible hearsay. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
