Conversion. The plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of the defendant. On a former trial of this action judgment also in favor of the defendant was reversed on the ground that from the facts found the conclusions of law and the judgment were unsupported (Wixom v. Davis, 57 Cal. App. 620 [207 Pac. 694]). On the second trial the cause was determined on an agreed statement of facts from which it appears that the plaintiff is the owner and holder of a chattel mortgage which covered a one-third interest in sixteen hales of cotton of the value of $1,442.
