Jo Ligenza (“Plaintiff-’) filed a ■ claim against- Genesis Health Ventures of Massachusetts (“Genesis”) and three individual supervisors (“Individual Defendants”) with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (“MCAD”). Plaintiffs claim was filed three months after she was fired from her position with Genesis as a respiratory therapist.
