DIMOCK, District Judge.

This is a motion by defendants pursuant to Rule 33, F.R.Civ.P., to strike or modify interrogatories propounded by plaintiffs dated December 19, 1957, and modified by a memorandum of plaintiffs’ attorney dated March 3, 1958.

*497The action is one for treble damages and injunctive relief under the anti-trust laws. 15 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.

Five of the plaintiffs each own or owned a motion picture theatre which it leased to defendant Metropolitan Playhouses, Inc. or its predecessor in intérest and which was operated by defendant Skouras Theatre Corporation. The rental paid to…
