In this lawsuit, Tina Sanford (“Sanford”) alleges that her former employer Slade’s Country Stores, LLC 1 (“Slade’s Stores”) discriminated against her in relation to certain employment decisions because her son had a disability and retaliated against her after she filed her Charge of Discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
