INTRODUCTION
CURTIN, District Judge.
Presently before the court is defendant United States’ motion to compel discovery, Item 14, and plaintiff Charles Robinson’s cross-motion to compel, Item 15. This case arose after Robinson slipped and fell on the premises of the United States Post Office located at 1200 William Street in Buffalo, New York, on December 9, 1999.
