Pro se plaintiff Alex Manalov is a former student who was enrolled in the nursing program at Borough of Manhattan Community College (“BMCC”) during the 2011-12 academic year. Plaintiff alleges that BMCC’s nursing program was deficient for a number of reasons, including that his professors improperly prepared students for exams, treated him poorly, administered and graded exams in an unfair and arbitrary way, and generally were inadequate.
