The plaintiffs, to be entitled to their commission under their contract of employment, had to find one ready, able, and willing to purchase the defendant’s real estate at the sum of twenty thousand dollars. The contract in evidence was prepared, and executed on the part of the defendant in his absence, by the plaintiffs as his agents, under the finding of facts made by the court.
