Wilma Hase (“Plaintiff”) appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the Western District of Missouri granting summary judgment in favor of the Missouri Division of Employment Security (“DES”) and DES Director Bruce Cor-nett (collectively, “Defendants”). Hase v. Mo. Div. of Employment Sec., No. 89-4106-CV-C-5 (W.D.Mo. June 3, 1991).
