Defendant was charged by information with involuntary manslaughter alleged to have been com mitted in violation of subdivision 2 of section 192 of the Penal Code. The superior court on motion of defendant entered an order dismissing the information on the ground that the evidence before the committing magistrate was insufficient to justify holding the defendant for trial. The People appeal.
