In this action the plaintiff seeks to recover damages for the death of her husband, who was killed in the yard of defendant railway company at White River Junction, Vt., while engaged in work connected with interstate commerce. The action was brought in the federal District Court for New Hampshire, the state and district of which she was a citizen and resident.
