Plaintiff, M. E. Hersman, brought this action against the County Court of Roane County to recover damages for a per*97sonal injury and injury to his automobile caused by colliding ■with a heavy road presser alleged to have been negligently left standing in the public road. .The trial resulted in a verdict and judgment for the defendant and plaintiff brings the case here on writ of error.
