This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Kane county, admitting to probate the will of Grace Chappell, offered by William Campbell, and contested by the heirs-at-law of the testatrix, including Frank Loomis, Cordelia Jones, Matthew Loomis, Dora Crook, Mary Corbin, Clayton Loomis, "Jr., Joseph Loomis, Francis Loomis, Balph Loomis and Hazel Loomis Fosdick. The order was entered after trial de novo pursuant to an appeal by the contestants from a ruling of the probate court allowing the will to be probated.
