Brian Lyhn Puckett appeals his conviction for the state jail felony of possessing less than one gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance, namely, methamphetamine. 1 Puckett’s appellate counsel has filed a brief which discusses the record and reviews the proceedings in detail. .After counsel’s professional evaluation of the record, he has concluded that there are no arguable grounds to be advanced oh appeal.
