Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), entered June 12, 1998 in Albany County, which granted defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
In January 1995, plaintiff was a passenger on a bus when it was hit from behind by a truck driven by defendant William J. Malark. Due. to the slow speed at which both vehicles were traveling, the bus sustained only a slight mark on its bumper.
