Petitioner-Appellant Keith Lamar Orange, appeals from the district court’s denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 petition based on claims of ineffective assistance of counsel. United States v. Orange, 364 F.Supp.2d 1288 (W.D.Okla.2005). On appeal, Mr. Orange argues that his trial counsel was ineffective because he failed to challenge the jury composition of Mr. Orange’s grand and petit juries, and did not do any factual investigation.
