The principal question involved in this contested accounting proceeding is the dispute between the foreign and domestic creditors of the decedent as to their respective rights to the payment of their claims out of the assets of the estate in this jurisdiction. The estate is insolvent. The domestic creditor? contend that they are entitled to be preferred and to full payment of then claims before any sums are paid to the foreign creditors.
