REQUESTED BY: John Breslow Nebraska Auditor of Public Accounts Based upon the materials which you submitted to us, it appears that the Bellevue Bridge Commission (the "Commission"), a political subdivision created under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 39-868 (1993), has defaulted on payments due to the holders of bridge revenue bonds previously issued by the Commission.
