Defendant-Appellant Tatyana Gabinska-ya appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered on March 3, 2015, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (J. Paul Oetken, /.), following a two-week jury trial. Gabinska-ya was found guilty of conspiracy to commit health care fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349, health care fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1347, conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349, and mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and sentenced to one year and one day in prison.
